Processing time
Every SHU candle is hand-poured in small batches. Orders ship within 1–3 business days.

Rates
Standard shipping (3–5 business days) — $10. Free on orders over $85.
Express shipping (1–2 business days) — $50.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages
Once a package leaves our hands, delivery timing is up to the carrier. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, email us and we'll help track it down.
